Self-Exclusion — Jl3
Jl3 provides Self-Exclusion as a formal, legally recognised measure to pause activity on the platform when a player identifies potential gambling-related harm. Self-Exclusion differs from a Time-Out by applying to a longer, pre-defined period and by restricting access to the account and funds for the duration.
Exclusion Periods
Available periods are six months, one year, two years, five years, or permanent. If you do not specify a period, the default duration is six months. During the Exclusion, you shall not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds.
Initiating Self-Exclusion
To initiate, use the Self-Exclusion option in the My Account area, or contact our Customer Support team to request assistance. A two-stage process applies: first, a 24-hour cooling-off period during which activity is blocked; after the cooling-off period, you will be informed of the available Exclusion periods. You must confirm your chosen period by written or electronic notice. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours of the offer, the request will lapse and the account may return to regular status as notified to you.
During Self-Exclusion
- Deposits and withdrawals are blocked and you will not be able to place bets or gamble on the platform for the duration of the Exclusion.
 - Promotional materials and marketing communications related to the platform will be withheld during Exclusion.
 - The account will be treated as closed for the Exclusion period; we will take reasonable steps to detect and close any new accounts opened in your name during Exclusion.
 
Ending Self-Exclusion and Reopening
Exclusion ends automatically at expiry and the account is reactivated. Early revocation of Self-Exclusion during the period may be requested in writing or by electronic notice; approval is at the Company’s absolute discretion. If revocation is granted, reactivation will occur subject to any required verification and notice.
Limits, Safeguards and Financial Protection
During account setup or at any time, you may impose personal limits in the My Account area. If you exceed a maximum limit, further actions related to that limit will be restricted. Any request to revoke a limit or Exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice and may be granted or denied at the Company’s absolute discretion.
Marketing Opt-Out and Compliance
Upon Self-Exclusion, we will cease promotional communications where feasible and remove you from marketing databases. You may also remove our apps and related accounts to reduce access. The policy operates in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulatory obligations related to responsible gaming and anti-money laundering.

Governing Law and Amendments
This Self-Exclusion policy is binding on all players who elect Self-Exclusion on the Jl3 platform and may be updated to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Changes take effect as notified by Jl3.
